Semi-Private TrainingSemi-private personal training with 2 to 6 participant’s features the workout of the day. Monday-Thursday the workouts are intended to work all major muscle groups while teaching proper technique and giving personal attention to each exercise and participant. Fridays will be optional competition days guaranteed to be fun, quick, and severe! |

Each new member to Yakima Athletic Club or YAC Fitness receives one free Personal Training consultation with our Certified Personal Training staff. Our goal is to help each new member develop a life long healthy lifestyle by sharing current information about fitness that is understandable and useful. Our Certified Personal Training staff will work with new members to direct them to the proper exercise program that is safe, goal-oriented, efficient, and enjoyable.
