The Kids club REC Room at the Yakima Athletic Club will be getting two games bikes that will provide a motivation to exercise while being entertained! Game bikes are effective in improving oxygen uptake and maximal work capacity in adolescents. In addition, the REC room will offer a new arcade and an air hockey table!
