annual Get in Shape Contest!
WOW! This is such a motivating time of the year for me. I love to see
Anne Whiteside the new faces, the amazing transformations and the every one of you. Our Group Fitness classes are full, our Personal Trainers are busy and nearly 300 individuals are aiming to reach their goal of moving more, eating smart and feeling better! Thank you to Kay Carbery and Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. This year the Get In Shape contest teamed up with Y.V.M.H to encourage their employees to participate in our Team Category. We discounted our 3 month membership to Y.V.M.H’s employees, providing they joined the contest with 3 other employees to make a Team. Each Team from Memorial that finishes the contest will get their contest joining fee reimbursed by Y.V.M.H! What an outstanding way to motivate your staff and to show that you care about their health and fitness. Keep your eye on your mailbox, your next issue of “Get In Shape News” is on it’s way!
